Fractional CFO for clinics

For owners of dental and medical clinics: a team, several chairs or locations, a loan, a purchase or a sale ahead. A monthly financial view, without hiring a full-time CFO.

Budget and cash flow

An annual budget and a cash-flow forecast updated every month: payroll, rent, loans, equipment.

KPI dashboard

A few indicators tracked monthly: production per chair and per hour, overhead ratio, collections.

Financing and banking

Preparing loan or credit-line requests, the projections behind them and the follow-up with your banker.

Buying or selling a clinic

Support with analysing the numbers, preparing the file and working with your other advisers.

Team compensation

Structuring pay for associate dentists, hygienists and staff: percentages, salaries, true costs.

Monthly review

A meeting every month to review the results, the variances and the decisions to make.

A separate monthly engagement

The fractional CFO service is billed separately, monthly, at three levels:

  • Essential: about $1,500 per month
  • Growth: about $3,000 per month
  • Strategic: from about $5,000 per month

Plus taxes. It is not part of the free incorporation offer or the annual package, and you don't need it to use them.
